Meredith Willis
Willis oversees feature and television projects in both development and production.
Prior to joining Happy Accidents, Willis worked for Calamity Jane Entertainment, the production company of GREY’S ANATOMY star Ellen Pompeo under a deal with ABC Studios, where Willis developed scripted and unscripted series and films.
At Denver & Delilah, Willis served for almost three years in television development and production, including on the Netflix hit comedy series GIRLBOSS.
Willis solidified her production chops in the Current Department at CBS Studios and its parent CBS Network where Willis supported franchises including CSI, THE BIG BANG THEORY, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, REIGN, and THE GOOD WIFE.
Prior to CBS, Willis worked on the scripted team at FremantleMedia North America where Willis developed and produced CW’s THE TOMORROW PEOPLE, A&E’s THE RETURNED and TBS’s THE WEDDING BAND starring Brian Austin Green.
Willis began her career at the Kaplan Stahler Agency, becoming a TV Lit Agent by the age of twenty-two.
In her free time, Willis co-founded and ran the Hollywood Radio & Television Society’s (HRTS) Associates Program for its initial three years after serving as Co-President of the Junior branch of HRTS.
Willis volunteered with the Motion Picture Television Fund for eight years, teaching elderly members of the entertainment community new technology skills. Additionally, Willis has been a volunteer counselor for Crisis Text Line since 2021 and is a proud champion of destigmatizing conversations around mental health.
Willis is a British and American dual citizen and was raised in London, England. Willis completed her BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Pomona College, where she played rugby. Willis returned to England for a one-term program at Oxford University, where she was a competitive cheerleader. Willis has a license to windsurf.
